The first session is usually pretty long. I am becoming acquainted with you, your history, and what is happening with your body. We sit down in my office and I take a medical history from you. This entails us talking and me writing. You will not be filling out forms during this session.

After I have an idea of what your needs are, I will perform a few assessments to see how your body is working. I will use the results of these assessments to talk to you about a treatment plan that I believe will help you to achieve your goals.

With your permission, I will begin treatment and together, we will begin the journey of healing.

Subsequent sessions will build on the first set of goals. Once those goals are achieved, we can set another set of goals or move our session frequency to a maintenance schedule.
